MEET OUR TEAM

I am currently a Neuro ICU nurse and a patient living with a chronic illness.  In 2018 I was bit by a tick and became very ill and in order to get my life back I had to commit to a healthier lifestyle and diet. My medical team helped me as much as they could however I was left with chronic fatigue, migraines and a handful of other symptoms. My journey to reclaim my health led me to a significant lifestyle change and a new outlook on medicine. My experience as a patient has helped me develop and grow into a better nurse and has given me the ability to share my knowledge to help others. Self care and being healthy is synonymous with a better quality of life! My goal is to help everyone become healthier, feel better and look better .
